Membership to Loan Liaison provides access to thousands of lenders. Our data provides an inclusive list of lenders that no other lending agent can provide.
Membership provides access to over 900 non-bankable lenders in addition to hundreds of other type lenders. Loan Liaison includes conventional, hard money, and private money loans. Our lender list has also been customized by delineating Fix & Flip, Short Term Rental, Long Term Rental, Bridge or Rehab/Renovation Loans. The real estate lenders are inclusive of most all property types & locations (global lenders are included). Business lenders are represented by various collateral positions, and there are ample types of loans through our business lenders list. We do provide a personal lenders list. All lenders that we provide information to have been vetted as best as possible. We do request proof of legitimacy from each lender that we allow on our list. However, due to the dynamics of the lending industry we can not guarantee each lenders credibility. Keep in mind that each lender may have different criteria, different amounts to lend & various interest rates and terms. We do request our members to communicate with us any issues of fraud, dishonesty or misrepresentation. We do remove from our list any lenders that are obviously not practicing with integrity & acceptable business ethics
